Something I keep repeating in the classes I teach: the more I learn about things spiritual, including history, folklore, mechanics, and occasional intersection with science, the more aware I am of the mountains that I don’t know. Perhaps if I lived in a society where women and femme folk were supported in stepping out of service roles and into scholar roles, I might feel more knowledgeable — but no.
